Upload a graph and create a hive plot

Upload a .graphml file and create a hive plot. If the .graphml file has a node attribute "axis" for each node then axis assignment will be according to the attribute. Otherwise, if a value k in the form field 'Axis' is specified then a hive plot with k axes will be created. If unspecified then Louvaine community detection will be applied with a resolution of 1.0. Each community will be mapped to one axis. Lastly, if a value g for the form field 'Gaps' is specified, then the crossing minimization will be constrained to use g gaps.
