Semantic-Aware Word Cloud Editing

Semantic word clouds are an extension to the word cloud visualization technique, where in addition to the size of the words depicting the relevance in the text the placement of the words shows the grade of semantic relation between them. MySemCloud is a flexible app that allows generating and then interactively modifying such word clouds while providing the user with helpful guides for maintaining semantic coherence.

This tool was implemented for the paper MySemCloud: Semantic-Aware Word Cloud Editing, which was published at PacificVis'23. The code is available for download.
