Registration
General Terms and Conditions
All participants (including speakers) must register and are urged to do so before 2022 July 17, to benefit from the early registration fees. Travel and hotel accommodation costs are not included in the registration fee and are the responsibility of each participant. The registration fees include for all cases (regular or student participant):
- conference attendance (24.08.2022-26.08.2022)
- two lunches (25.08.2022-26.08.2022)
- finger food during the poster session (24.08.2022 evening)
- five refreshment breaks (24.08.2022-26.08.2022)
- conference material
- conference dinner (25.08.2022)
Registrations will be done online through eventbrite . Participants may pay instantly using their credit card.

* Student status The student status is reserved to undergraduate, postgraduate (master) and PhD students, only. The student status has to be proved by sending a scanned copy of either a certificate (in English) issued by the student’s Departmental Secretariat, or a letter (in English) signed by the student’s supervisor, to matchup2022@ac.tuwien.ac.at. The student status proof has to be sent right after the registration.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be in writing by sending email to the Organizing Committee and are subject to the following conditions:
- Until July 17 2022, 23:59 CET: 80% refund
- Until August 8 2022, 23:59 CET: 50% refund
- After August 9 2022, 00:00 CET: no refund
In case of cancellation, refund (if any) will be processed AFTER MATCH-UP 2022.
